The Easter Holiday means a break for most of the five boroughs teams, but a few players made up for this overall lack of games with absolutely monsterous performances.
First, there was Tristen Leone of the BBA Blue Jays (U12). Taking on Elmjack in a NY Travel League Bantam Saturday matchup, the hurler was untouchable, tossing a no-hitter with a mind-boggling 18K's to lead his team to a 10-0 victory.
Then, there was Noel Batista from Dodgers Elite (U13). His squad may have lost their first game of the season in the Diamond Nation Easter Extravaganza, but it was through not fault of his own. The lead-off hitter was an exemplary table setter, going 6 for 7 with 6 runs scored, 4 RBI's, and 4 Stolen Bases over their three games.
